Who are you?You're an enthusiastic, organised person who wants to learn about the content and structure of websites, using various website editing tools as well as techniques for content manipulation and search engine optimisation (SEO). If this is you, then we'd like to speak to you.
What's the Job?You'll be learning to build the content and structure of our clients' websites. We'll teach you to use various website editing tools, such as Joomla, as well as techniques for content organisation and search engine optimisation (SEO).
Where you'll WorkYou'll be based in our offices in Aboyne, Aberdeenshire, 30 miles from Europe's Oil Capital.
What Skills do you Have?
Although this is a trainee position, you'll have sound qualifications, especially in English, and it's a given that you'll be completely computer and Internet-literate. You'll need to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, and have an eye for perfection. Working closely with our clients, you'll have good communication skills - both face to face, and using technologies such as Skype and screensharing. You'll enjoy research and have a sharp, analytical mind!
Pay and HoursStarting at either 14 or 17.5 hrs a week (4 or 5 half days), this job also has great potential for developing into a full time position which at Red Evo is 35 hours a week.
