14th March 2010 - Two New Members of Staff

We are pleased to let you know the Red Evo team are growing. Leigh McKenna is joining us as a web developer and Gary Farmer is going to head up our sales team. It's all very exciting for us and it means we can up our game!

12th February 2010 - World's First Web Based Team Building

Working with our partners and team building experts Sandstone we've developed the world's first fully web delivered professional team building exercise. Team Building Rescue is a fully interactive real time and challenging team building session for teams of up to 10 people. We've already signed up several globally recognised companies who've given it a solid thumbs up.

2nd February 2010 - Funky Newsletter

Our clients wanted a stand alone newsletter to deliver info to their clients. They wanted lots of information on one page, no problem we said and came up with this.

12th January 2010 - Web Based Team Building Tool

For the past few months we've been working with our partners, Cheshire based team building experts Sandstone, on a web based team building exercise. It's a powerful real time team building exercise for teams of between 3 and 10 people. It's a worlds first and we think you will love it!! 

6th January 2010 - New Decade, People and Contracts

So here we are in a new decade with interviews planned for new staff and a shed load of new contracts. Things have never looked better here at Red Evolution and we'd like to thank our current clients and those who have just awarded us contracts for helping us to grow and become their reliable plain speaking web specialists.

Over the next few weeks we will be launching several large websites, a new web application and some new partnerships (watch this space). Here's to a prosperous 2010!

7th December 2009 - Where Did November Go?

November came and went and we are almost at Chistmas again! It was a busy time for us as we moved into our new office in the Aboyne Business Centre. The move went well and we are now settled in.

Through all this turmoil we still managed to secure several great new clients and contracts and Red Evo is going from strength to strength.

We are now recruiting so if you know anyone interested in becoming a web editor/SEO we have a trainee position available.

14th October 2009 - Great Odds on New Contract

Betfair have awarded us a contract to migrate two of their sites. The work represents an ongoing relationship as Betfair suppliers.

14th October 2009 - And Our New Office is......

We've now signed the lease on our new office premises at The Aboyne Business Centre. We've got some work to do before we start to work from it, but it's ours. Woohoo....

9th October 2009 - New Office!

The growth of our business over the past 12 months has been significant and we are now bursting at the seams so we've decided to move to a larger office. We are in the process of dotting the i's and crossing the t's so we'll make an announcement as soon as it's all finalised.

Along with the new office we will also be recruiting to expand our search team and we'd also be interested in talking to a media specialist. If that's you get in touch.

We've added another great GNU/GPL Free Joomla template to our downloads area, Red Evo Space Saver. Although we do now charge for access to our downloads area (£2.99) the templates and everything else are free for life once you've created an account. The charge covers our costs for hosting the templates. To those that don't quite get that, eh........ tough ;)

4th September 2009 - Contracts R Us

As the sizzling hot summer draws to a close (eh?) we are piling up the contracts! Our SEO services are in demand as companies become more switched on to the fact that search engines deliver business, and our web application and CMS based website offerings are flying off the shelf.

We are delighted to have been given further contracts by the Amor Group, new CMS and SEO work for HP Pneumatics and several other contracts which we can't quite reveal just yet, we are such teases....

Our new mobile advertising service has proved to be such a hot potato that we've split it off from Red Evo and created a new company with it's own management team. It's amazing how these things grow arms and legs!

There are some great social bookmarking modules available for Joomla but they are a little more complex than most people want. Taking a lead from the BBC's website we've created a very simple social media bookmarking module for Joomla - as used on this site.
