Glampitect Case Study

The Challenge

The Glampitect website was ranking well and getting good levels of traffic and leads every day. However, there was scope to improve and they came to us for advice and hands on help. After a fascinating and in-depth discovery session we started auditing the site content as part of the process of creating a new content plan. In the process we found some significant issues with duplicate versions of blog posts, outdated landing pages, and confusing page layouts. 

The Solution

It quickly became apparent that our role needed to extend beyond SEO and Glampitect asked us to look after the entire website, starting with the redesign of landing pages to improve user experience with the aim of increasing leads generated. While rolling out the new designs across the site we became an extension of the Glampitect team, jumping in to work on exhibition specific pages, webinar promotion campaigns, email workflows and more, predominantly using HubSpot CMS.

Careful Planning

With several versions of some of the pages in existence and two blogs, we had a mammoth task in checking which of the urls to keep and which to redirect. With the help of a large colour coded spreadsheet we redirected all the old blog posts to the new HubSpot blog and ensured that all the urls from the old site were redirected to the right page on the new site. Regular checks after go live ensured that everything was working correctly.


We carried out a one-day SEO masterclass for Glampitect’s North America manager covering SEO strategy and content planning. The early part of their US launch marketing plan was focused on organic search marketing, therefore they needed to know how to research, plan and create the most effective content to ensure that they were found online.
