WorkPro came to Red Evolution with a specific project in mind: to ease the workload of their sales team buy making better use of video. We produced four demo videos which were all filmed on the same day in WorkPro's Edinburgh office. Each 10-minute video introduces one of their case management software products and aims to support their sales team with top of the funnel conversions by providing prospective customers with a good understanding of how WorkPro Casework products can help them.

Q. What equipment do you work with?

When filming your project, we provide equipment for our team to work with. This includes DSLR cameras, camera-mounted microphones and lapel microphones, mobile lighting, tripods and a gimbal.

In addition to the above, we can also provide a green screen and a telepromptor to facilitate your speech-to-camera videos.

Q. How much do you charge per project?

Each video project is unique and that is why we do not offer a price grid on our website. We will define and discuss a budget depending on the specifics of your project.

Q. Do you charge per hour fees?
A. We usually do not charge per hour fees. However, we also understand that there are pieces of work that cannot be quoted without looking at time involved, like filming. It will be taken into account when devising a budget for your video project.
Q. How does a project unfold?

There are three stages to a video project delivery. Pre-production where we discuss what your project entails, what we want to film, how we want to film it. It's the planning and logistics phase. Then comes production/filming, and finally post-production - the editing and fine tuning part.

Q. Can I come to you with an existing project?
A. Absolutely, we can pick up a project where it was left by either your team or a former collaborator.
Q. Do you offer caption services?
A. We do offer caption services. We can provide burnt-in subtitles and/or closed-captions to upload with your videos on the platforms of your choice.
Q. Do you provide video training?
A. If your team wants to get more familiar with the basics of video creation, we can provide tailor-made training to cover the topics you are interested in.
Q. How mobile are you for filming?
A. We are based in Aberdeenshire, North-East Scotland. However, we are used to travelling for filming purposes. If, for any reason, we cannot cover the filming part of your project, we can get in touch with a local videographer to film the raw footage we need before moving to the post-production stage of your project.
